I was pondering Collagen Peptides for quite a while and decided it couldn't hurt, maybe even help my achy hip joints...... After about 5 days, yes 5(!), I am amazed! My hip joints can take a pounding now but what I didn't expect so soon was my nails and hair! Hair is thicker and my cracked nails are smooth as silk and I had been dealing with that for months! I've been on this collagen for about a month and it seems my nails are becoming a bit clearer and my achy joints don't hurt when I get out of bed in the morning. My digestive issues are a tad better but I also started taking a few other supplements along with this so I can't actually say this product is the sole reason for that.

There are lots of similar supplements in the market, but I found this stand out as its all-natural and reasonably priced. Picked this one for my mother who recently had a bone fracture, in hope to accelerate her recovery.
