Started in 1975 as a retail and wholesale seafood company by Billy Hershey, Billy's Seafood Restaurant and Market opened in Miami Springs in 1977. After seven years, we moved our eatery to North Bay Village and renamed it Billy's On the Bay. We opened our current waterfront location at 400 North Ocean Drive in the heart of Hollywood Beach in 1995.
